Difficult Group Gigantamax Max Battle

Gigantamax bosses with 100,000 HP. Up to 40 trainers split into teams of four; every team shares its own Max Meter.

Legendary Group Dynamax Max Battle

Legendary Dynamax bosses. A difficult group battle: bring a shielder or healer alongside your attackers.

Max Event Tier 4

Event Dynamax Group Max Battle

Found in special events. In-person only, usually done by groups of 2 to 4 level 30 to 50 players. Very difficult.

Max Tier 3

Easy Group Dynamax Max Battle

Targeted at groups of 2 to 4 in-person level 30 to 40 players with three powered-up Dynamax Pokemon. A level 40+ player with dodging and great counters can solo it.

Max Tier 2

Difficult Dynamax Max Battle

Possible to defeat by yourself but you can only use Dynamax Pokemon. A level 20 player with imperfect evolved Pokemon should manage it alone.

Max Tier 1

Easy Dynamax Max Battle

Fairly easy to defeat by yourself, but you can only use Dynamax Pokemon. A level 20 player with imperfect Pokemon should be able to beat this alone.
