The PvE stats the simulator runs on. Energy is gained by fast moves and spent by charged moves.
Damage lands inside the dark band, not at the end of the animation — that is why a move can be interrupted after it has already hit.
Trainer Battles
A separate Game Master template with its own numbers. Turns run at 0.5s each and energy caps at 100.

Charged moves resolve inside a turn, so only power, energy and any stat change matter. The stat ladder the Game Master ships is 0.50, 0.57, 0.67, 0.80, 1.00, 1.25, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00 for stages -4 to +4. Every Trainer Battle number in the snapshot is audited on the data-quality page.
